Getting Started

The easiest first step is booking a free 15-minute consultation on Calendly. We'll chat briefly, you can ask questions, and we'll see if we're a good fit. No pressure, no commitment.

Yes! I'm currently accepting new clients for both in-person (Denver & Longmont) and telehealth sessions across Colorado. Availability may change, so reach out sooner rather than later.

I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. I also offer parent coaching for families navigating challenges together.

Yes! I'm fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Sessions are available in either language — whatever feels most comfortable and natural for you.

What to Expect

Your first full session is a 60–75 minute intake. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your history, your goals, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. There's nothing you have to share before you're ready.

Most clients start with weekly sessions to create momentum. As you grow, we'll often shift to biweekly or monthly maintenance. We'll always adjust the frequency to what's right for you.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for 8–12 focused sessions; others engage in longer-term work. We'll regularly check in on your progress and you're always in control of your timeline.

Not every therapist is the right fit for every person — and that's completely okay. If after a few sessions it doesn't feel right, I'll support you in finding someone who is a better match. Your healing matters more than anything else.

Insurance & Cost

Yes, I'm in-network with most major insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem/BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Headway, Tava Health, and Lyra Health. I recommend calling your insurance to confirm your mental health benefits before your first session.

Self-pay rates are: Free 15-minute consultation, $200–225 for the intake session, $160 for a standard 50-minute session, and $225 for an extended 75-minute session. A sliding scale is available — please ask.

I have a limited number of reduced-rate slots at $100–120 per session for clients facing genuine financial barriers. These fill up quickly — please reach out and we'll have an honest conversation about what's feasible.

I accept cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. Payment is due at the time of your session.

Telehealth

Telehealth sessions take place over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. All you need is a device with a camera and a private space. I'll send you a link before your session — it's as simple as clicking a link and showing up.

Research consistently shows that telehealth therapy produces outcomes equivalent to in-person therapy. Many clients actually find it easier to open up from the comfort of their own home.

I'm licensed as an LCSW in Colorado and can provide telehealth to anyone physically located in Colorado at the time of their session.

About Jasmin

My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and deeply relational. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and attachment theory — always adapted to the individual.

Yes — as a bilingual, first-generation Latina therapist, I have a deep personal and professional understanding of the unique experiences facing the Latine community: generational expectations, cultural identity, and the pressure of being first. You don't have to explain your culture to me.

I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado. I've been in practice since 2022 and also provide clinical supervision to emerging mental health professionals.
